Founded in 2002 with a small client base and a handful of contracted staff, C-Force has grown into a nationally recognised staffing solutions provider for clients across South Africa with outsourcing labour remaining at the core of our business.

We take a holistic approach to recruitment and employment, sourcing and placing talent across all levels of an organisation, from entry-level positions through to senior management. Warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, construction, and logistics remain key sectors within our diverse client portfolio, however our capabilities have evolved to support businesses across almost every sector of the local market through our nationwide branch network.

Compliance

BCEA Law Compliant

The staff we place are employed on contracts and conditions that comply with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Working hours, leave, overtime and statutory entitlements are all handled correctly.

Employment Equity Act

As an employer, C-Force complies with the Employment Equity Act, including the relevant reporting and workplace equity requirements applicable to our operations.

Labour Relations Act (LRA)

The staff we place are employed by C-Force under contracts that comply with the Labour Relations Act. Disciplinary, grievance and dispute processes are handled in line with the Act's procedures.

COIDA Compliant

C-Force is fully registered and compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA).

All staff placed with our clients are properly covered in the event of workplace injury.
